Metis Capital Partners is a privately owned single-family office that manages the assets of  Nigerian entrepreneurs, Hakeem and Myma Belo-Osagie. The company, which is based in Lagos, Nigeria, manages relationships with financial institutions, lawyers, founders, investors, and strives to preserve the family’s wealth.

Co-Founder

Hakeem Belo-Osagie is a renowned Nigerian businessman and entrepreneur with 40+ years of experience in various sectors including Oil & Gas, Finance, Telecommunication, Education, etc. He is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business school, sits on the board of a couple of blue-chip organizations, and was listed by Forbes Magazine as the forty-first richest man in Africa in 2014.

Myma Belo-Osagie
Co-Founder

Dr. Myma Belo-Osagie is a renowned Ghanaian businesswoman and lawyer with  40+ years of experience. She is a Partner Emerita (of Counsel) at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie a leading Nigerian corporate law firm. Dr Myma is a member of the New York, Ghana, and Nigerian Bars, and is a member of the American Bar Association. She obtained a LL.M degree and a SJD degree from Harvard Law School. Dr Myma was elected an international honorary member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2018.
